Needs Assessment Tool & Techniques

Hi there,

I went through the Needs Assessment section of the course. I see that you have explained the T&T of Needs Assessment in Chapter 8, which includes PESTLE analysis, Porter's 5 process framework, BCG Matrix, Resource Audits, Ansoff, McKinsey 7 S model, Four view model & CATWOE. Also the T&T that are mentioned in the Practice guide viz. Interrelationship diagram, Affinity Diagram, Fishbone diagram, 5 WHYS etc.. are not included in your course.

My questions:

1) Are the T&T that is included in your course are extra that I need to study apart from the techniques, mentioned in the practice guide?

2) In past exams, no questions were based on the T&T that are included in Chapter 8. Have you come across any questions?

3) Can I have the presentation PDFs of the T&T that you have mentioned in chapter 8, as it will be helpful for reference.

Please help.
